I had a fantastic stay here! The room was spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I also loved starting each day with the diverse breakfast options, especially the made-to-order eggs. There were occasional noises early in the morning from the staff that could be disruptive, but it was a minor issue. I'd definitely choose this place again for my next visit!

Good and satisfactory breakfasts on the roof top. A private safe, an air conditioning and a mini bar available in the double room. Location close enough to Hanoi old quarter, local shops and restaurants, and weekend night market. For tea or coffee visit Ladybird Cafe nearby.

The noise from the staff moving trollies around the corridor on one night was disruptive. The Wi-Fi connection was weak. I also discovered too late that there was a fee to use the gym, unexpected.

The room had a gorgeous view of the temple area with a massive window that brought in a lot of natural light. Breakfast options included delicious made-to-order eggs. Room cleanliness met my expectations, and the staff, especially Finn, provided really good assistance with travel plans. The noise from the busy street outside was disruptive on weekends. The rooftop bar offered an amazing atmosphere, but it lacked early morning operations for those wanting a coffee before 8 AM. The hotel gym required a fee, which I wasn't aware of until later.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar. The cocktails were good! The breakfast was really good, with a variety of fresh options, including my favorite pastries. The city view from my room was a beautiful bonus.
